Kevin Koile - Sheridan Media While Wyoming will be hosting the track and field, soccer and softball state championships this weekend, the Sheridan Mavericks boys and girls lacrosse teams will head north of the border to participate in their state culminating event. The past weekend was the end of the regular season. The boys went 1-2 on the weekend, which stated with a 10-8 loss at Cody. Then on Saturday they played in Billings, Montana and defeated Butte, 12-5, then lost against Bozeman, 9-5.
