After what seems like a very long wait, a popular chain restaurant is finally set to open in Bozeman. Texas Roadhouse, which is known for its hand-cut Steaks, endless Rolls, Cactus Blossom, and fun atmosphere will soon be serving folks from Bozeman, Gallatin County, and the surrounding areas and for the many fans of the popular restaurant, they couldn't be more excited. Texas Roadhouse, which is located at 870 Harmon Stream Blvd and will open Monday, August 21st. While Texas Roadhouse is a national chain with over 650 different locations, the Bozeman location is owned and managed by a local Montanan.
