Manager at this place is top notch, unfortunately his staff (2 Caucasian females working in the morning on Friday 11/11/2016) are not. Had my wallet stolen at a rest stop in Montana, and I still had to get to Jerome, Idaho. I had nothing on me, my work called them and asked if they could provide credit card info over phone and explaining what happened. Manager said yes, I arrived and the 2 ladies said no, they did not want me talking to the manager either. I found him and asked him if he said it was ok and and he said yes. The 2 ladies got furious, gave me dirty looks and stepped aside to blatantly talk about how this is on him, that is so wrong and about me. They made me feel like I was a criminal trying to steal something. I thanked the manager for his kind gesture. Filled up. When I was leaving, one of the ladies was outside smoking and just giving me dirty looks. Saddening how people are treated and make things personal. I give this place 5 stars because the manager went above company policies to help someone in desperate need. Those 2 ladies will make this establishment lose customers.
